Terms & Conditions for Landscape Maintenance Subscription

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Landscape maintenance subscription may include the following services based on your chosen plan:

- Lawn mowing
- Hedge & shrub trimming
- Weed & pest control
- Fertilization
- Seasonal clean-up (e.g., leaf removal)
- Mulching
- Seasonal Planting
- Hardscape cleaning
- Irrigation system maintenance
- Consultation and customer service
 
The frequency and scope of services will vary based on the selected subscription package.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND FEES

- Monthly Subscription: Fees are as per selected plan and invoiced monthly

The fees are outlined in your invoice. Payments are due upon commencement and the first of each billing cycle thereafter.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

- Payments are invoiced on a monthly basis.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by J.S.L Contracting Limited.
- Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

- You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Early termination fees may apply if you cancel before the minimum contract period of 8 weeks.
- J.S.L Contracting Limited reserves the right to cancel your subscription if payment is not received within 28 days of the due date or if the terms of this agreement are violated.

5. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND SCHEDULING

- Clients can request changes to the service plan (e.g., additional addons or changes of the subscription plan) by contacting J.S.L Contracting Limited.
- Service schedules are subject to weather conditions. In case of weather delays, we will reschedule your service at the earliest possible time.
- J.S.L Contracting Limited reserves the right to adjust service times and schedules to accomodate other clients or special needs, with prior notice.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Client agrees to provide access to the property for scheduled services.
- Any hazards, pets, or restrictions that may affect service must be communicated to J.S.L Contracting Limited in advance.
- The Client is responsible for notifying us of any special instructions or concerns about the landscape.

7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

- J.S.L Contracting Limited will not be held responsible for any damages to the property caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, pests, or pre-existing conditions.
- We guarantee the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue at no extra cost.

8. TERMINATION BY J.S.L CONTRACTING LIMITED

J.S.L Contracting Limited reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice for the following reasons:

- Non-payment of fees
- Repeated cancellation of scheduled services
- Violation of the terms in this agreement
- Unsafe or hostile working conditions

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

J.S.L Contracting Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated terms will be available on our website.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the local District Court.
